Personal Information we collect

We currently collect and process the following Information:

• Personal identifiers, contacts and characteristics (for example, name and contact details such as email, home address and phone number).  

How do we get personal information, and why do we have it?

Most of the personal data we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

• As part of the Image Coaching and Personal Styling consultation process, to enable us to provide bespoke service.
• As part of the HR service provision and consultation process, allow us to offer customised services to you.
• For record-keeping purposes as part of the consultation and to enable us to provide you with the relevant service.  

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this Information are Consent & Necessary to Fulfil the Contract.

How we store your Personal Information

Your Information is securely stored electronically in files and physically in our office. 

We keep any completed forms, questionnaires, contracts, invoices, and other relevant documentation to the Business for the duration of our Business. Please note that stored Information on our database is safely destroyed after six months of inactivity by the client. 

We will also dispose of your Information should we close our Business or you request us to delete it.

Data Protection rights

Under data protection law, you have rights including:

• Your right of access - You have the right to ask us for copies of your Personal Information. 
• Your right to rectification - You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think needs to be completed. 
• Your right to erasure - You have the right to ask us to erase your personal information in certain circumstances. 
• Your right to restriction of processing - You have the right to ask us to restrict the processing your personal information in certain circumstances. 
• Your right to object to processing - You have the right to object to processing your personal information in certain circumstances.
• Your right to data portability - You have the right to ask that we transfer the personal information you gave us to another organisation or you in certain circumstances.

You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond.

How to make a complaint

You can also complain to the ICO if you are unhappy with how we have used your data.
